Massive Fire Breaks Out at Godown In Delhi’s Mayapuri, 16 Fire Tenders Rush To Spot

New Delhi: A major fire broke out on Sunday afternoon in a chemical factory in Alipur area of Delhi. According to news agency ANI, 12 fire tenders are present at the spot to doze off the blaze. The Fire Department received a call about the incident at around 3.15 p.m. The godown is located at Budhpur in Alipur.

“We received info about a fire in a chemical godown. The fire was declared of medium category. 27 fire engines are present here and the fire has been brought under control. As of now, there is no report of any casualty,” SK Dua, Deputy Chief Fire Officer, Delhi said.
